First Angel Food cake!

Ah, I must admit.....this tasted amazing!!!


Took a fridge pic for better lighting. (glamour shot) This will have to do until i get a light box.





Sugared strawberry goodness!

Yes. That is a shot glass filling in that hole so we could set a strawberry on top of it. :)

Glued the melted and hand cut white chocolate walls to the cake with buttercream icing (that stuff is like glue!)


The cake on the left was a FAIL....my boyfriend went and bought more eggs and we tried again, that worked really well the second time! We did not airate it long enough the first time.
Folding the mixture with a sifted mix of flour and confectioners sugar.
