I made marshmallow fondant with a recipe that i found from here: http://whatscookingamerica.net/PegW/Fondant.htm (this site is amazing!) I watched a few hours if youtube videos and brainwashed myself to be good at this....not bad for my first attepmt! the cake was a little lumpy because i iced it waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay to much....but the sweeter the better right? I made this for the 4th of July for the awesome people I work with. :)
