My boyfriend needed to do a diarama of a cell, and his instructions were to be creative, so naturally, we made a kake. =D This is what a cell would look like if you took a chunk out of it (supposedly) and its correct to the diagram we worked of. I tried a new chocolate kake recipe, which was quite excellent for carving and i think i may use this from now on! this cake was carved out of 3, 9-inch rounds and I am quite please with how it turned out.
